These Terms of Service govern your use of Codevixa's website and services. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of Codevixa services.
Our Services
Codevixa provides the following IT services:
- Web Development (websites, web applications, e-commerce)
- Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Flutter)
- Cloud Setup & Migration (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- IT Consulting & Strategy
- Cybersecurity Audits & Protection
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- UI/UX Design & Branding
All services are subject to a separate project agreement or proposal that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms are:
- 50% advance before project commencement
- 50% on delivery upon project completion
- For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be agreed upon
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay (cards/netbanking), PayPal (international clients)
Late payments: Projects may be paused if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for incomplete work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery & Timeline
We are committed to on-time delivery. However:
- Timelines are estimated based on project scope at the time of agreement
- Delays caused by client (late feedback, content, approvals) will extend the timeline accordingly
- Scope changes after project commencement may affect timeline and cost
- We will communicate any delays proactively
Typical delivery times: Basic (3-5 days), Standard (5-10 days), Premium (10-20 days)
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered work including source code, designs, and content created specifically for their project.
Codevixa Rights: We retain the right to:
- Display completed work in our portfolio (unless client requests confidentiality)
- Use general methodologies and techniques learned during the project
- Retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries used
Third-party assets: Licenses for third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Respond to queries and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
- Provide necessary content, assets, and access credentials when required
- Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our proprietary tools
- Ensure you have rights to any content you provide to us
Warranty & Post-Delivery Support
We provide the following warranty:
- Basic Plan: 15 days free bug-fix support after delivery
- Standard Plan: 30 days free bug-fix support after delivery
- Premium Plan: 60 days free bug-fix support after delivery
Warranty covers bugs and issues in the delivered work. It does not cover:
- New feature requests or scope changes
- Issues caused by client modifications
- Third-party service outages
- Hosting or domain issues
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Codevixa's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for data loss — clients should maintain their own backups
- We are not liable for third-party service failures (hosting, APIs, payment gateways)
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Client pays for work completed up to the termination date
- Codevixa delivers all completed work to the client
- Advance payments for uncompleted work may be partially refunded based on work done
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these terms.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute:
- Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication
- If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to mediation
- We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all disputes

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
